Petits Trésors offers unique jewels made up of a waxed cotton string and one or more silver, gold-plated, mother-of-pearl or semiprecious stone medals.For some designs, you may choose the make-up of your jewel: 1-5 medals of same shape per jewel.
Petits Trésors further offers to customise your jewel, having it engraved with the inscription of your choosing on each medal if you so desire. Only silver and gold-plated medals can be engraved. If you want to have an engraving on both sides, please write it in the field for the text to be engraved (Side 1: Text 1; Side 2: Text )

2. Payment

Payment is the last step in the purchase process. Payment shall take place once you have selected an item, entered your particulars and opened your account. The petits-tresors.com payment website is secured, since it uses the MERCANET secured payment platform of BNP Paribas bank.

3. What are the delivery delays ?

Since our stocks are updated once a week, an item may be announced as available whereas it is no more available.In that case, we shall use every effort to send you the ordered item as soon as possible.

4. How can I track my order ?

Petits Trésors will process and ship your within an average time of 3-5 business days.

To this the average routing time by parcel post should be added.
