Introduction
These General Terms of Sale govern the contract relationships between any user of the wwwpetits-tresors.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the User" or "you") and Petits Trésors, a company with a share capital of €5,000, having its registered office at 177 Avenue Achille Peretti 92200 Neuilly-sur-Seine, France, registered with the Nanterre Trade & Companies Register under No. 492-093-455-00029, Intra-Community VAT No. FR 32492093455). These General Terms of Sale are the sole terms applicable and supersede any other terms, unless otherwise previously and specifically agreed in writing.As Petits Trésors may from time to time change some provisions of its General Terms, the latter should be re-read prior to each visit to the Petits Trésors website (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").Such changes will be enforceable from the day they are on-line and shall not apply to any previously made contracts. Every purchase made on the Website shall be governed by the General Terms applicable on the day the order is placed. We consider that in validating your purchase order, you unconditionally agree to our General Terms of Sale after having read them.

Article 1 - PRICE
The prices of our products are shown in Euro, including all sales taxes and VAT and excluding postage. For purchase orders to be shipped to countries other than metropolitan France, any customs duties or local taxes shall be borne by the recipient. Petits Trésors reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but the products will be billed on the basis of the prices applicable at the time of order.

Article 2 – ORDER
Petits Trésors reserves the right to cancel or reject any order from a customer with whom a claim relating to a previous order would be pending.
Any purchase order signed through the consumer's double click will constitute acceptance of these General Terms of Sale.
The double click associated with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure forms an electronic signature. The electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.Jewels ordered with a custom-designed engraving cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the jewel has a manufacturing defect

Article 3 - VALIDATION
You represent that you are aware of, and have agreed to, these General Terms of Sale prior to placing your order. Thus validation of your order is equivalent to acceptance of these General Terms of Sale. Any data recorded by Petits Trésors are evidence of transactions between Petits Trésors and its customers, unless there is evidence to the contrary.

Article 4 - AVAILABILITY
Our product offerings and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Website, within the limits of available stocks. Should an item be unavailable after your order placing we will promptly inform you thereof by e-mail. Your order will be automatically cancelled and you will be refunded within 10 days if your bank account has been debited.

Article 5 - DELIVERY
The products will be delivered to the shipping address you specified in the ordering process. The specified delivery time is the usual average time needed for order processing and shipping. Such average time is 5-8 business days. Petits Trésors may not be held responsible for any consequences due to a routing delay or any delay caused by total or partial Post Office strike. Any order that has not been shipped within 30 days of order will be cancelled, unless otherwise agreed and announced in the offering. In case of delay an e-mail will be sent to you.

Article 6 - PAYMENT
Payments shall be made either:- On-line via our secured system. We have adopted the SSL encryption process of MERCANET (BNP Paribas bank); or- By bank cheque: Your order will then be reserved for 7 days. Thereafter, it will be cancelled if your cheque has not been received. Your order will be processed only on receipt of your cheque and after validation.

Article 7 - SHIPPING
- Colissimo: the traced Colissimo shipping system of the French Post Office provides delivery within an average of 48 hours. This delivery time is given as an indication. Any exceeding thereof may not give rise to damages, retention or cancellation of the order by the buyer. In the event of delay in delivery versus the initially set time, the buyer shall give Petits Trésors notice thereof in writing (by post or e-mail) to help Petits Trésors carry out an investigation with the Post Office. Such investigation can last up to 21 business days. If the product has been traced during this period, it will immediately be re-routed to the buyer's address or the recipient's address shown in the purchase order. However, if the product has not been traced at the end of the 21-day investigation period, Petits Trésors will either make, at its own cost, a new shipment of the products ordered by the buyer, or refund the order.

The copyright and intellectual property rights in any and all texts, comments, books, illustrations and pictures reproduced on the Petits Trésors Website are reserved worldwide. Therefore, according to French Intellectual Property Law, only private use is authorised, unless otherwise or even more restrictively provided for by French Intellectual Property Law.

Article 11 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This contract shall be governed by the laws of France. In the event of dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Such information is confidential.
